David Bryant started in the land development business in 1977. He has experience developing vacation properties mostly in the Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head, Charleston, and Savannah areas. He also has worked in Orlando, FL, Gulf Shores, AL, Colorado, Tennessee, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. David has owned and operated four real estate marketing and development companies. His first venture with Patten Corporation and Lone Star Land Partners was in 1990. His path crossed with the company again in 2015. David holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Real Estate Designation (CCIM) and a Certified International Property Specialist designation (CIPS).

Rob joined Lone Star Land Partners in 2020 after nearly 20 years in the Information Technology industry. He is a native Texan and grew up in the agricultural world. Rob is very passionate about the outdoors and loves helping people find their dream piece of property. He has a wife, Tiffany, and two beautiful children that keep him busy when he's not showing land.
